They say, “One hand washes the other, and both wash the face.” In our case, a simple paint run to Colorest Art Supply led to an incredible opportunity. While picking up supplies, our friends at Colorest mentioned that George Wall Ford, just up the road, might be interested in a mural for their expansive showroom. So, we took their advice and went to talk to George.

Walking into the showroom, we were immediately struck by the latest Ford Broncos on display, large prints of classic Ford models, and most exciting to usa massive blank wall, perfectly positioned behind the staircase leading to the upstairs offices.

George Wall himself welcomed us with enthusiasm, sharing the rich history of his family-run dealership. Like any good car deal, there was a bit of back-and-forth negotiation, but we quickly reached an honest agreement one that gave us complete creative freedom.

With 2024 marking the 50th anniversary of the Ford Bronco, it was clear that our mural should celebrate this legendary vehicle. After a few rounds of renderings, we landed on the perfect design: a classic Bronco set against an ocean backdrop, seamlessly tying Ford’s legacy to the spirit of the Jersey Shore.

Throughout the process, George and his team greeted us with positivity every time we walked through the doors. Their support and enthusiasm made this project a true pleasure. And in the end, a happy George is a happy life—he even surprised us with a generous tip!
